Lumens vs Watts

With LEDs, focus on lumens (brightness), not watts (power consumption). A 9W LED can replace a 60W incandescent while delivering the same light output of ~800 lumens.

Colour Temperature (CCT)

2700K–3000K (Warm White): Ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, restaurants
3500K–4000K (Neutral White): Perfect for offices, retail spaces
5000K–6500K (Cool White/Daylight): Best for warehouses, workshops, outdoor areas

CRI (Colour Rendering Index)

CRI measures how accurately a light source renders colours. For retail and hospitality, use CRI 90+ (LEDS C4 offers Ra>90 products). For industrial, CRI 80 is generally sufficient.
